Susan earned her Real Estate license in 2005 when she and Terry formed Austin Fleck Property Management. She then went on to obtain her Broker license in 2008 and is now the Designated Broker of Austin Fleck Property Management. Susan saw a need in the industry for someone to specialize in Property Management who would do it and do it well.

The $600 leasing fee includes: advertising the property, sign placement & removal, lock box placement and removal, pictures & video of the property before a tenant moves in and after they move out, advertising pictures, answering ad calls, facilitating showings, screening tenants, preparing & executing the lease, registering the property under the Slum Lord Act and preparing and submitting the City Tax License application.

I saw a property they had posted with a very vague description. I went in person and asked if I could see the property, they said no and that it was under repair. I asked for more info they told me they didn’t have any info and that I needed to submit an application to view it. There was a $45 nonrefundable application fee for both me and my fiancé. After paying them $90 dollars we got to see the property with no refrigerator, washer or dryer. I asked them about it they said no we don’t provide that and they wouldn’t return our application fee. They basically conned us into submitting an

I only have had the opportunity to work with Brandie and Wendy at Austin Fleck Property Management and dealing with those two is very easygoing and very professional . I have been a tenant for a long time and havent had issues getting repairs done in a timely manner. Rent has been raised more than i like , but its understandable.It also helps to be a good tenant (pay rent on time or early, be proactive in regards to possible maintenance issues)and treat the property like its your own.

I am an out-of-country property owner. I’m a mom, busy raising a family. We were able to buy a place in Az a few years ago by extending our mortgage here, and by renting out this home, we hope it will eventually help us in our retirement as we don’t have any government pension coming to us for that. We are not wealthy. We took a huge risk and hope our renters will pay what they have agreed to. We repair the home when necessary & hope if we do our part to provide a beautifully kept home for people that they’ll do their part and respect it. Sometimes repairs have come at terrible times and

We just finished renting from Austin fleck after one year. We moved due to us needing more space to have children and the house was only 2bed/2ba
Pros:
Application process: super quick, super easy, and they were very accommodating to my fiancé’s small amount of positive credit history.
Move in: very smooth, quick and easy as well!
Repairs: repairs were all done in a very timely manner.
HOA violation: an HOA violation was sent to us by mistake and they removed us promptly.
Notice to vacate: sent a letter prior to the 30 day requirement and no problems at all!
