We offer results-based services in personal training and group fitness classes and we're ready to get you in the best shape of your life. With years of experience in personalized fitness, we developed our programs based on filling several key gaps that plague most other weight loss programs. This has enabled us to get some serious results with our clients - even those who have been unable to find success in the past.

Our personal trainers have proven themselves by helping our clients lose weight, burn fat, and increase lean muscle. Specializes in high-intensity, total-body, and circuit training for weight loss and muscle toning.
Since 2009, Push Fitness has partnered with Daily Herald to host our annual Fittest Loser Challenge. We've been honored to work with over 50 individual contestants from all walks of life while pushing them to their limits over the 3 month challenge and teaching them how to come out a different person on the other end.

Awesome trainers, workouts, and facility! So glad I decided to go here instead of the crowded gyms in 2020 and beyond. There is enough space to feel comfortable while working out. I wasn't getting what I needed by going to the gym by myself or at Orangetheory. This team does a great job of personalizing your workout for maximum results. I signed up for the 3 times a week package and it's easy to put in the work when you know you'll get results.

I'm so happy I found Push. Everyone here is super friendly and positive. Both staff and the members. I love that this isn't a public gym and the main focus is personal training. It was exactly what I was looking for. In the 4 months I have been training here I feel like I have made so much more progress than I did in over a year with my previous trainer. And Michelle is awesome! She is always happy and she keeps my workouts interesting and gives me "homework" to keep me doing stuff outside of our sessions. Exactly what I need to keep motivated to keep working towards my goals!

The last 12 weeks with the team at Push Fitness was amazing. My waist size has gone from a 42 to a 35. My mission is not over but they have developed a long term plan for me to improve my health and feel a lot younger. Thank you Josh!

I participated in a 12-week fitness challenge through Push Fitness and the Daily Herald. In just 12 short weeks, I lost 65 pounds and lowered many of my health levels from risky to normal. Josh and his entire staff was awesome. During the challenge, my trainer was Patrick. He was very knowledgeable and really pushed me beyond my comfort zone. He had me doing box jumps on the first day! I can’t thank Josh and his staff enough for choosing me to participate in the challenge. It was a wonderful experience and my family and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get my health back on track

PUSH FITNESS has exceeded my expectations & changed my life! It's been one of the best investments I've made in myself! I'm thankful for Josh (owner) who is a fabulous/incredible trainer that pushes/encourages me to keep on track. I had taken a hiatus from working-out & then I found PUSH. I started training five months ago. The workouts were tailored to help me maximize the results I'm looking for. If you put in the time & work which is a challenge, in the end it's well worth the effort.

I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym, but Push Fitness has completely changed my mind and transformed my body! I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Patrick is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated and have offered me incredible guidance. It’s the first place I want to go to after work! I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with their help for a long time

After over 3 years of being out of the gym due to some surgeries and maybe a little laziness I decided I needed to make a change. My schedule is beyond packed with 2 young boys in different activities and a husband that travels I wasn't sure I could ever make a schedule work. Push Fitness not only made a schedule that is geared around me, my workouts are incredible. After my 1st month I even added an extra day! I've always been disciplined with the gym but I have NEVER pushed myself like Patrick does every single session. I love the studio and the postive energy in the place is unbeatable

If you are looking for a high-quality personal training - Push is the right place. Michelle was my personal trainer and she was awesome! She always ensured that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries.
She was extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Also, I love her sense of humor:)
I thoroughly enjoyed working out and would recommend Michelle & her team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

Push Fitness has given my life back, literally. I didn't realize how greatly I was compromising my wellness before working with the team at this outstanding facility.

Everyone's guilty of stasis in some aspect of their lives--getting used to how things are and putting up with less than the ideal. For a long time, I assumed that I'd never be able to truly lose the weight I'd gained, lost, and regained over the years. Worse yet, I assumed that getting older had to be accompanied by slowing down, having less energy, and dealing with aching joints and constant soreness.

I love Push! I'd recommend them to anyone who is serious about changing their lifestyle.The trainers there are all exceptionally passionate, driven and friendly in trying to get you to your goals. I work with Michelle and she pushes me way harder than I would ever be capable to go on my own, but she also is finely in tune with my limits. She never asks things of me that I cannot achieve and she is my biggest advocate.
Another bonus, every time you walk through the doors at Push, is you are greeted with smiles and hellos from the clients and trainers and you get a sense of community. They care

I signed a six month plan not knowing what I was about to get myself into. What I found was shocking. The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. They also provide nutrition coaching which is an area that I've needed help with. The workouts have been challenging and I can honestly say that no two workouts have ever been the same. Overall I'm very pleased with my decision.

The personal training goes above and beyond. I have worked out with Josh for 2+ years & can say we never do the same workouts. I don't know where he comes up with them, but the training is always something new. His ability to Push me past what I think I'm capable of keeps me addicted!
In addition,the trainers help (require) you to be accountable via food journal, additional work outs, etc.
We review the journal weekly to see what is working what areas may require changes. It definitely makes you think before you eat....
Never will I have a better, more invested trainer.

I recently signed up for Group Fitness classes at Push Fitness in Schaumburg. After a few months of not exercising and being a little out of shape, I was reluctant to start back up. But Steve and Joshua make the classes fun and give you the push you need to to get the most out of your training.

With just a few classes, I already noticed a significant improvement in my endurance and have become more toned.

If you are thinking of starting a class or even getting personal training, definitely give Push Fitness a try.

Push Fitness and the trainers are awesome!! I've personally worked with Michelle the past few months and she's exceeded my expectations. I've never worked so hard and sweat so much, but it's a great feeling! I would have never known what I'm capable of doing if I didn't have her to coach me. Each session is always different, which never makes it a bore. From the first consultation to my continuous training everyone has been great. With Push being a private studio, it's easy to see others trainers also working their hardest and being focused during their sessions

Little did I know that when I joined Push Fitness, I would be joining the Push family! I have been working out with Steve for about 6 months now, and it is without a doubt the best
decision I have ever made! I started with a personal trainer at a public gym. After a bad experience, I found Push Fitness and was thrilled after making the change to a private personal training gym. I was given direction and instruction inside the gym and workouts to do on my own outside the gym. This prepared me for continuing my fitness goals after completing my 3 month program at Push. In addition, the customer service, attention to detail, and oversight I had at Push Fitness was what I needed to get the results I was looking for. When I began looking for personal trainers in my area, I was most impressed by the website, Facebook, and positive reviews of Push Fitness. I reached out to them, and was immediately contacted by Steve Amsden to set up a free consultation. His response time was great, which was already a good sign. At our meeting, he gave me a tour of the facility, answered all my questions, and was very personable. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and at the cleanliness of the gym. I signed up for a 3-month, 3-times a week program.

Steve was my trainer throughout the entire 3 months, and was awesome

Michelle my trainer? Sent from heaven for sure! Signed up for a 6 month program, 2 months into it, I feel/look good. My diet has changed for the better. Michelle pushes hard, but to heck with it its working. Cant wait to unveil my arms this summer ;)

This is an incredible place to train! I have been working out at Push Fitness for 4 years and what has amazed me most is that I have never once repeated a workout routine. My experience there has been so different from every other gym program I have tried. Each session has variation so that your body stays challenged. The trainers at Push are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals no matter how specific they might be. I’ve been training for mountain climbing which can be a challenge living in Illinois, and Josh has helped me get into the best shape of my life so that I could climb with confidence

Push Fitness is an awesome personal training studio. I have trained before at other gyms and this is by far my favorite. The trainers are all professional and take an interest in you and help you achieve your goals. They are focused only on you during your session, always correcting form when necessary. They Push you to stay on task with your diet too. They aren't just about coming in for your session, working out and sending you home. They check your journal and encourage a good healthy diet. They care about you and welcome you into the Push Family! I highly recommend Push Fitness.

Michelle was my trainer and she was amazing! She pushed me hard even on those days when I was not in the mood to workout. Even though I finished my 3 months at Push, I've taking everything I've learned from Michelle and completely changed my eating habits and my workout routine. My muffin top is a thing of the past :)

I love working out! Wait. Did I just say that? With Push Fitness I do. It's a results driven private gym with knowledgeable trainers that know what they are doing! I love my trainer, Michelle A! I am in the best shape of my life, looking and feeling great. All of the trainers are friendly and helpful. I enrolled in the 6-month program so unfortunately my time is almost up! I saw results after one month and I see RESULTS after 4.5 months. Highly recommend!

Push Fitness is the best place to train in the chicagoland area. Josh runs a great gym. I am so blessed to have found them. My tainer Wade helped me loose over 80 pounds last year, and he continues to help me keep it off. It all came together for me there. When I think about how much my life has improved with thier help, I am overwhelmed with gratitude :)
