10yr resident. Dirty/malfunctioning laundry washrooms, trash everywhere, complete lack of janitorial staff... This is not the building it used to be.
Feels like a college dorm more than an apartment building in a city now. Quality never returned after the failed experiment where they started renting out apartments as hotel rooms (shocker...)
Edit: John, TODAY within the past hour I attempted to do laundry on the 10th floor and the middle machine was full of straight up sand and brown clumps (and the room now smells like expired seafood.). Please "walk the building" into either of those wash rooms

I've lived here 5.5 years. The building has been pretty good, but recently a major issue has been occurring where I will receive delivery notifications from Amazon/FedEx/etc. and be unable to get the actual package using the building's parcel system - I will either not receive a code at all or receive a code to enter an empty package room when my parcel is being stored elsewhere. I am forced to track down a building employee (leasing agent, front desk associate, etc.) who are often busy doing other parts of their job. it will at times a week to receive packages, oftentimes when there is time sensitivity

This apartment complex is not luxury in any form. It should be called Bridgeview Dorm apartments. Paper thin walls and i literally cant stress that enough. They only show Apartment rooms during quiet hours of the day. I was told that i wouldn't be able to hear my neighbor, but i heard normal conversations he was having EVERY SINGLE DAY. If you want to feel safe i wouldn't suggest moving into this apartment. you'll have to walk your daughter or wife everywhere because she will be constantly cat called (its so annoying). The maintenace team is a joke that do more of patch work than

Called to check out these apartments & was told by Lori that she could squeeze me in later that day & I should call back. Did that, only to have her not answer & return my call via text hours later. OK... Through text, I set up another appointment for Friday at 11AM. Got there & the office door was locked. Called Lori, but got her voicemail. Left a message & then sat in my car for about a half hour waiting for a return call, but got nothing. If this is how you treat perspective tenants, I'm not really sure how the place stays in business.

2.22.2021 - this company is closed for business.
From 2.28.2020 til 3.2.2020 - I had a two bedroom.
The guest room was presented better than the master.
The room was nice, but my pillows did not have cases on them. I called the employees to advise, and they brought the cases and HUNG THEM ON THE DOOR. *tack and pathetic*.
Tissue is very thin. Id recommend to bring your own.
The fridge was weird...warm in the inside of the fridge, but the freezer was ice cold.

I lived in the Bridgeview Apartments for a year and really enjoyed my experience. They are very responsive to any questions and maintenance requests that we submitted. Dan, the Property Manager is very willing to work with you, and had accommodated to our requests when needed. He was very helpful when it came time for our lease ending.

Look, it was a trendy building years ago, but with new apartment buildings going up or being renovated every day, Bridgeview needs to step it up.
Starting with customer service, management for sure needs to speak to its assistant, Amanda. Despite the fact that she's been there for at least the last two years, she has never been able to schedule correctly. She's extremely rude to residents and gets offended when you try to suggest anything different. Not only that, she never ended up communicating my moving date and time to the front desk so that they would help reserve the elevator.

Bridgeview is a great place to live! The location is unbeatable, the views are incredible, and it's very affordable for the amount of space you get. The community is great as well!

I had a great tour experience with Bridgeview. The space is very unique and there are many types of different apartment styles and layouts at different price points. The building is beautiful and will definitely satisfy a desire for an awesome renovated warehouse type vibe. Our leasing agent was so nice and helpful and I found the touring process to be very pleasant. We ended up choosing a different apartment, but I felt compelled to write a review anyway.

Update: in the past year, the building has randomly started putting local artist-painted murals throughout the building. It's nice and all, but they had no resident input when deciding to spend our rent dollars on this. In addition, they replaced the security team with a two-person rotation. The guys are certainly nice and very capable, but the old group were huge dudes that could actually do something if unwanted guests got belligerent. Not sure what was the reason behind that terrible decision.

The front desk service during the day is abbymsal. I get home from work around 5:30 (which is

I've lived in the building for 4 years. Maintenance requests (only every had to make a few) have been handled quickly and well. Building has fun events for tenants a couple of times year. Great location for downtown living and good value. I looked at several layouts when picking an apartment, there are a number of variations to choose from. Makes your place feel less cookie cutter.

Ill start off positive by saying that this apartment is in a good location. Walking distance from most of downtown and Ohio city, theres a grocery store just a couple doors down, and if you are of age there are lots of bars and clubs a street over. Aside from all of that, the Bridgeview is a pretty disappointing apartment. First, the walls are paper thin. So thin, in fact, that I can clearly hear my neighbors having normal conversations on the phone (and you can only imagine what else I can hear as well). Next, the lighting is absolutely terrible. There is only one hanging light in the kitchen

I'm looking to relocate my business, that's how I came across this building. In my search of doorman building they came up and I called them to make sure they had 24 hours security or concierge, after being pet friendly 24 hours security is very important to me, I was told they do. I made an appointment and I got to my appointment early. I called and asked if they could show me their apartments earlier then our schedule appointment and was told to please come right in. In a heavy down pour i went from front entrance back to street to go two doors down twice, get soaked and have the woman

Coming from NYC and already living in a high-rise, Bridgeview is ok. I've lived here for three years now. Tenants are usually young professionals. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors sometimes. Indoor parking is ok if you have a small car, otherwise an SUV or larger will have trouble parking with the closely spaced and wide pillars. Alternative covered parking across the street is available and cheaper. You are limited to DirecTV for cable. That means if there is a rain/snowstorm, your cable will go out. If you're a sports fan, this may be a problem. This happened to me during
