We’ve lived here for a few months and generally we like it. That being said, there is one major issue that I know multiple residents are experiencing. There are a lot of residents, visitors, and even workers in this building who don’t seem to think they need to wear a mask when they’re in common areas. You cannot walk through the main entrance without having to pass valet workers who have their masks pulled down around their chins. There are residents waiting in the valet area not wearing their masks. What makes this worse is the fact that we are forced to use these doors as the other entrances

What’s good: the location, price, fun atmosphere (except for my older neighbor who chain smokes cigarettes)
What’s bad: Just about everything thing else.
Where should I start? Complete neglect for covid protocols. Management sporadically decided to reduce entry to two out of the three access doors during the surge of the pandemic. So this obviously made some residents upset. Their response to this is to have a personal masseuse come in to offer residents massages? 6ft apart never heard of that!
Also, their reviews must be trending down on google because management had offered to reduce residents’

The Standard is a great place to live. The amenities are awesome - the gym is huge and the free coffee is a great perk. The building is also kept super clean and the staff/maintenance are very prompt. Having valet in the building is also a real luxury. The location is also great because you are a short walk from the west side/Flats and east side of downtown. I would recommend anyone looking to live downtown to check out the Standard.

We truly loved our stay at the standard. Great location and absolutely beautiful historical building. The staff is beyond amazing! From The leasing staff to maintenance to custodians. Everyone knows you (and your pups) and is always very welcoming and personal. Molly, is always very patient and goes above and beyond to ensure everything works out! We have lived here for almost a year and loved all the amenities the standard has to offer. The dog park is great for chilly and wet weather. The mezzanine is great for studying, relaxing and great for hosting friends. The building is Centrally located

If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further. The Standard apartment is by far the best place I've lived. While serving in the U.S. Military for over 10 years, I've had my share of leasing experiences and living at the Standard has been the best experienced ever.

We moved in shortly after the building opened. They've kept all the architectural details that make this building unique and have done a terrific job with the renovations. It's beautiful. Move in process was easy and well coordinated. The management team is fantastic and everyone is so friendly. I'd highly recommend this building.
