Great apartments and fantastic experience!! Very friendly team on site. All the property managers as well as the other personnel are very cooperative. Jerome has been great help in terms of helping me settle down. He has provided great service. My apartment was in fine condition when I arrived. Daniel is very friendly and always willing to help wherever he can. Overall its been a great experience interacting with both of them.

I have been living at 668 for 2 1/2 years. The staff is always kind and friendly. They all work very hard and have really focused on the building lately getting the common areas looking fresh and clean. It is appreciated. Recently I had an issue in my apartment. Daniel, Bob & Rob all have worked very hard to get things figured out and taken care of as quickly as they could. They are all very responsive and it is nice to know you have that type of customer service at your home. Jerome, in the office, is always nice and inviting with a smile. Thank you 668 staff for all you do!

The Residences at 668 is FANTASTIC. Everything from its prime location in downtown CLE to the wonderful staff at the leasing office. Daniel is phenomenal and extremely helpful and responsive to questions. The building itself is very clean and well kept. There is 24-hr security. The apartment units have all the amenities you need for comfortable modern living (dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal). You really get your money's worth AND more. It's connected to TWO great restaurants/bars (offering resident discounts) and there is an amazing gym. So worth it!

So impressed with this place! 668 has apartments that are beautiful and immaculately clean. Restaurants and stadiums are a short walking distance, and the service is wonderful. Jerome had been so helpful throughout the moving process and even stayed late one evening to help me work through an issue!

I recently moved to 668 and I absolutely love it! From the time I first visited, Daniel made the leasing experience so easy and pleasant. I told him my budget and what I wanted in an apartment, and he showed me a unit that was perfect for me. He never tried to get me to pick something I didn't like or that was out of my price range. He is so responsive and has remained wonderful even after I moved in. Moving in was a breeze and the rest of the staff, security, and maintenance have all been so helpful and nice as well.
The location can't be beat. It is in the heart of downtown and is in close walking

I've lived here for a little over a month and everything has gone flawless. Myia and Daniel have been nothing but helpful and supporting in the process of moving in, maintenance requests, and going above and beyond more often than not. I'm definitely glad I decided to live at the 668. Highly recommend to those looking for a spot right downtown.

Best place I have ever lived and I grew up in a great loving household! The accommodations are perfect for anyone. Excellent location downtown, no noise from neighbors and very limited noise from outside which is a surprise being in the heart of Cleveland.
Beyond the apartment itself the on-site amenities and staff are incredible. Convenient onsite parking, dry cleaning, workout facility and restaurants. The sixth city sailors club downstairs makes some of the best cocktails in Cleveland and by far has the best patio in the area. The staff is so friendly and inviting and the food is excellent

668 is my absolute favorite apartment I have ever lived in. We moved here back in February 2020 and have loved every moment since. I have lived in five different apartment complexes over the past six years and this has easily been the best.
I'll try to consolidate why I like it so much..
1. Apartment is great for the price, and we even have a patio which is unheard of in the downtown area.
2. Staff is incredible- very helpful, kind, and they truly go above and beyond.
3. The package room is very safe (inside the leasing office), and easily accessible at all hours-- security handles late

I have really enjoyed my first 6 months here! The front office, security, and maintenance staff are extremely responsive and very friendly. The on-site garage parking is a valuable perk as well, especially compared to other buildings in the downtown area that don't offer it. I have found the building and its residents to generally be quiet and respectful of one another, something that was important to me as I was searching for a place in the middle of downtown. Between everything mentioned above and the up-to-date amenities within the unit itself, 668 is a hidden gem and a luxury apartment

Love this property! Prime location for living downtown with access to both Euclid and Prospect from inside the building. I've lived here for the past 3 years, and plan to keep staying here. The units are cozy and the community is very neighborly like. Maintenance is on top of everything, very helpful, and friendly. The leasing staff Melissa and Daniel are so kind and accommodating to residents and new residents. The building is clean and security is 24/7.

My husband & I moved here about a year ago, this place is very beautiful. It's well kelp, the staff I can't say enough about them from a great management team to the 24hr security. We've had small repairs done which maintenance is done within 24hrs thanks guys. I would like to thank K&D for putting together such an awesome team. The amenities is great. Oh yeah they throw great residence parties .

I lived at 668 a k and d building for 5 years. They allow you to pay your rent online but it must be set for a certain duration. If you set automatic payment for 12 months. It will not gp through on month 13 and on the first day of that month you will receive an eviction notice thretening to evict you in 24-48 hours because your rent is late. Even though you renewed your lease and have been using their online payment that did not remind you to update it.
When you move out they will charge you additional for cleaning fees no matter how much effort you put in to cleaning before you move out

Pro's: Great location, nicely maintained public spaces, new appliances, nice neighbors, preferred employer program. The security staff is friendly and lovely. Titans gym accessible without leaving building.
Con's: Terrible customer service by management, monthly parking is expensive for a poorly kept garage, no grocery store nearby (soon Heinen's will be there though), often stuck in lengthy sporting event traffic trying to get into garage
On a personal level, I gave this 1 star because the cons far outweighed

How is there not a listing already for 668?? I've lived here for almost a year and a half now and absolutely love it. I literally fell in love with this building just by looking at pictures and their website online. Once I visited, I knew this was the apartment for me. It's in the heart of downtown Cleveland - and convenient to some pretty amazing things. There are SO many bars and restaurants within walking distance. East 4th street is right around the corner. Warehouse district is across public square and a brief walk (or a short cab ride late at night when you may not feel the safest
