My boyfriend is a resident and has lived in the building since moving to Cleveland almost 4 years ago. We have lived in the building together for a year and a half and just decided to stay for another year and a half! The units are so nice and updated and management has always been great. We recommend it to all of our friends and coworkers looking to live downtown.

We absolutely love this place. Im a born and raised Clevelander, so I know a little bit about the town. I always liked East 6th and Short Vincent, because it’s kinda a little downtown hideaway. So when we no longer needed the big house we started looking for a place within walking distance of the Heinen‘s and found The Garfield.
The building is historic, so it’s thick walls, floors, and ceilings make it incredibly quiet. The location is insanely convenient to everything. There’s lots of green space for the doggos. The YMCA is a three minute walk and has a pool, sauna, and steam room. So

I recently relocated out of state after over a year as a resident of the Garfield. I absolutely loved living there, the amenities are great, the staff and management are very nice and welcoming. Any issues I encountered were immediately addressed. I wish I could've of taken the Garfield with me as I already miss the convenience and the lifestyle this residence affords. I highly recommend leasing at the Garfield. And be sure to tell Tommy, Linda & Rob I said greetings from California.

Upon moving to downtown Cleveland earlier this year, I was referred to The Garfield by friends who live in the area. Setting up my tour was easy and accommodating to my busy work schedule. Settling into my new place was swift and comforting, as Tommy, the Property Manager, outlined all details clearly and made the process seamless. I have lived in the garfield with my partner since 2018. We initially lived in a 1br with a great view of Euclid Ave that was fantastic, however during quarantine in 2020 decided we needed a bit more room. We were immediately matched with the most stunning 2 br apartment with floor to ceiling windows, fabulous amenities and quick access to the community room. And they’re dog friendly!

I lived in the Garfield for 13 months and had a pleasant experience. They are easy to work with and well organized. The building is kept very clean. You get free beer everyday for being a resident which was awesome. My apartment was always well heated / air conditioned. My packages and mail were always securely delivered.

I moved in to The Garfield about 2 months ago and have really grown to love it thus far. Not only is it centrally located downtown, which makes it easy for work, sports, restaurants and shopping, but the amenities are just the icing on the cake. From the free cappucino/hot chocolate and beer, to having my packages and furniture dropped off directly in my apartment, this place makes it easy to balance my work schedule and home life. Great place to live so far!

I have resided at the Garfield for a 1.5 years. I have enjoyed every minute there. It is centrally located in downtown Cleveland - I can walk to all three stadiums to catch any game! Beyond its central location, the Garfield provides a wide range of amenities from the cappuccino maker to the free beer. However, what I enjoyed most about the Garfield is the sense of community that the management team and neighbors create. Its a fun place to live and would recommend it to anyone who is excited and wants to live in the epicenter of Cleveland fun!
