I had a contract on a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC and the closing was rushed up because I wanted to own it so my Dad could see it. My Dad is 93 years old and I don't know how much more time I will have with him. I needed to get an inspection as soon as possible so I could meet the deadline to close. I contacted Larry W. Poole at A Firm Foundation Inc. and gave him my deadline for the inspection.
With Memorial Day Weekend coming up and having a deadline of June 1 to have the inspection , we were cutting it close! I explained to Larry about why
