The buyers of our home used her. I am the seller and I did not know what to expect never having a home inspection before. She was extremely thorough and checked everything. She was super nice and made sure everything was right. I watched her check temperature in the vents multiple of times as well as check hot water temperature. She even checked every cabinet door to make sure that they were all properly mounted. Great inspector and if I were to have to have one done for a home I was buying I would request her.

Shannon is an absolute pro and truly shows how much she cares for her buyers' interest. On a fairly new home, she checked every nook and cranny, leaving nothing to chance. Her report was received in less than 24 hours. She caught things I would not have even thought to check. Being a former broker in a different state, I have had experience with various home inspectors. I would say this was by far the BEST A-Z inspection by an inspector working for their client not the deal. Thank you so much for your time, energy, and professionalism handling our new home!

It is quite hard to find a professional like Shannon around Myrtle Beach! Really! I contacted her after reading all the great reviews online and she helped me tremendously!!!! We recently hired Shannon Briggs to do a home inspection on the house we were planning on purchasing. We were extremely satisfied with her performance. She invited us to join her while she did her inspection. This put us thoroughly at ease, knowing that she was going to be above board on all her findings.
