I brought my cat in today (as a walk in) for an allergic reaction. It was my first time at IHAC. There was a wait but it went very fast. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They did not push any unnecessary services or products, which was greatly appreciated.

Our cat and dog have been going here for 1 year. When our dog became ill, they were quick to diagnose him with a chronic condition and hospitalize until it stabilized. He has been doing great with medication since then. The additionally prescribed food/vitamins is a little pricy but we clearly see a difference in his health when using both of them and do not feel that they are fishing for money. My cat's prescription weight loss food is also expensive, but has provided great nutrients for his older age and he successfully lost what he needed over a year period. We came and I was surprised by how quickly they saw our Bricka. Xrays were quickly done and we were given our options professionally and compassionately (she slipped a disk). I never felt they were over priced.
Very glad we found this hospital. Taking our cat in for her shots now. They deserve our repeat business.

Vets are good. The front desk, however, is another matter. There is not only a complete lack of urgency, it’s almost as if they’re all sleep walking. Any time I come in, the vet does their job within a 1/2 hour. Then I spend 1 1/2 hours waiting to pay. I don’t understand why this is allowed.
Update - I am moving my dogs with me to the EU, and this veterinarian is listed as USDA certified under the USDA website. There are specific shots and requirements for moving dogs abroad, and you need to go to a USDA certified veterinarian to ensure compliance with those requirements.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Horrible Clientele and extremely rude head office staff. Sad bc the vets I swore by for years and took several of my animals and of. A lot of the staff are also very nice. Sad that a few have to ruin it for everybody else... My truck got hit by someone else (nicest older gentleman there is). Thankfully it was only my… tire. No damage done to either car. He apologized profusely which was nice and we got to talking about procedure of what to do to get checked in. Again that should have been the end of it.... a third party gentleman starts yelling at me.... the person

My Veterinarian Office for over 30 yr’s... The Doctors and Staff are excellent... I also love the 24 hr - 7-days a week Emergency Service’s.. I have had to call in for emergencies all hours of the night and was always met at the office within 10 minutes... Good feeling knowing my pets can be seen so quickly especially in an emergency situation..❤️

Dr Patrick is awesome. Took my Russell in last night after hours and he was so kind and caring. Bailey does really well with him. Doc and Dr John are the same way. Vicky was also very kind and caring. Amazing people!!!!
