Services
Orange-Olive Veterinary Hospital is a small, family-oriented practice located two miles north of the Orange Plaza and Old Towne Orange. Dr. Patricia Pannier opened the practice in 1992 and has kept much of the same staff throughout the years. She and Dr. Allan Pincus care for hundreds of clients who bring their pets to the hospital for a lifetime of care.
Dr. Patricia Pannier moved to Villa Park in 1969 and her life has centered in this area since then. She attended Cerro Villa Junior High, graduated from Villa Park High School, received her Bachelor's in Biological Sciences at UC Irvine and her DVM at the University of California, Davis in 1984. She has practiced at Orange Olive Veterinary Hospital since 1992.
Kathy has been working in the veterinary field since 1986. She attended Cypress High School and South Coast College of Court Reporting. She realized her passion was working with people and their pets. She joined Dr. Pannier's practice in March of 1993 as her hospital manager and has thoroughly enjoyed her career ever since.
There have been many recent sightings of coyotes in our neighborhoods. Even in an enclosed yard with a block wall, after dusk or early morning, small dogs should be walked outside on a short leash and supervised at all times. Coyotes are capable of jumping a six-foot-high fence. Warmer weather means more trips to the park, longer walks and more chances for your pet to wander off.
NEVER leave your pets alone in a parked vehicle. On a hot day, a parked car can become an oven quickly (even with the windows open) and your pet may suffer from heat stroke. Symptoms of heat stroke include excessive panting or difficulty breathing, increased heart and respiratory rate, drooling, weakness and even collapse.

The vets at this veterinarian hospital are in the business of honestly and conservatively caring for your pet companions and not ripping you off. Dr. Pincus is absolutely wonderful and my dog loves him! When my dog became ill this week, it was their new vet Dr. Kayleigh Marlin who examined him. I’m am so grateful for Dr. Marlin. She took GREAT care of my dog who was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Needless to say, it’s been a difficult last couple of days, however Dr. Marlin was with me every step of the way. I was extremely worried about my dog’s diagnosis as he’s now 14 years old. Dr. Marlin

Dr. Pannier is the sweetest vet I've taken our pets to. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The nurses and front desk staff are also pleasant and easy to work with. My dog has anxiety and they're all very good with her. I also think you get a pretty decent value here compared to some animal hospitals and I never feel like the team is trying to sell me more medications or services than I need. Would recommend to any pet owners in the North OC area.

I have been going to this vet office for 15 years. I will NOT be returning ever again. I received word that Dr. Pannier sent a letter terminating being their vet just like that simply because the front desk girl Sara got mouthy with her. My friend simply wanted an appointment to care for her dog. Shame on you for treating loyal patients of tires like this and not giving them an opportunity to even explain themselves. It's unprofessional and unethical. I will be letting everyone I know know about this. She emailed me a copy of the letter you sent her because I couldn't believe it. Absolutely unacceptable

My mom's dog has been a patient for a number of years, and my mom is always satisfied with their services. They have some of the most reasonable prices in town, and they're very gentle with the animals. I was impressed when I visited that they had a children's area in an exam room with books and toys to occupy my little one. I was additionally impressed by their level of compassion and a genuine love for what they do. I will gladly take my own pets here in the future.
