Place came highly recommended by a friend so I was even more disappointed when I received poor service. The doctor berated me for sleeping on my contacts when other doctors have said it's fine. They sent me texts constantly cut off after 120 characters and didn't modified when I asked them too. They also gave me a rebate for contacts that are not the ones I buy.

We had the most wonderful experience at Halsted Eye Boutique, everyone is so friendly, professional, and clean! My son, who is 5yrs old, had his first ever eye doctor's appointment/exam here. Technician Gloria was great! She made my son feel comfortable and made the whole process fun for him, even though he was a bit scared at first, she made it all better. Dr. Katz is wonderful, she explained everything in detail in terms I understood. She is so kind, she also had the time to send me a detailed email explaining the results of the exam. Definitely 10/10 recommend Halsted Eye Boutique!

Dr. Katz and the team at Halsted Eye have changed my life! When I showed up for my first appointment, I was in pain from my dry eyes and confused about what was happening to me. Dr. Katz took so much time to explain everything in simple terms so that I really understood the root causes of my dry eyes. She takes a holistic approach to treating dry eye that has improved my symptoms to the extent that I am no longer in pain. This was all done without a single prescription medication.
