Goldberg group manages the property I live. in the 7 years I have been living here, they have always been great to me, they listened to my concerns as a tenant. They are really responsive and quick to act when there is an emergency repair that is needed. And I love how they facilitate the communications between tenant and owner.

GGPM provides top notch service and professionalism. They take pride in being promptly responsive for whatever house issues or needs arise; and then are very effective in handling them. The maintenance director, Mr. Marshall, earns 5 stars all on his own!
Our agent, Mr. Fishman, really impressed me from the get-go. Among other reasons, he managed to close up backyard fencing and install gates for our dog right when covid lockdown began; and these gates have made a huge difference to our family's experience here.

Denzel and his team are very responsive and trustworthy. I’ve used Goldberg Group for several years, as my job requires me to relocate from time to time. The team at Goldberg Group is truly fantastic. I worked with them for years and had absolutely no complaints. Whenever I needed any sort of maintenance they always responded in a timely manner. Working with Toni was amazing. This team is caring and understanding. They will work with you and help as much as they can. I live on the West Coast and had a rental property in Kensington, MD. I was unhappy with the property manager I had in place and contacted Dave Goldberg. Dave was fantastic. His team took care of all issues/repairs to the house, seemed to treat the tenants well and was great with communication. I ended up selling the property and Dave took care of the sale.
