One of our team members will get in contact with your client & explain our management options to them. If the client chooses to sign a contract with us, we'll pay you $250 as our way of saying thank you. You don't want to say goodbye to great customers who might sell their property down the road. If one of your drains clogs, there is likely some debris in the pipe that is preventing the water from draining properly. You can resolve this issue by cleaning out your drain. As a tenant in a Benchmark home, you are responsible for placing all utility accounts in your name and keeping them current. Do this as soon as possible to avoid any outages. Benchmark Property Management was the best property management company I have encountered. Extremely responsive, professional, and so efficient. I was amazingly surprised when they told me they found me tenants basically only one day after the listing was up!!
