Atwan got his first taste of property management cutting yards at the budding age of 6. That job became important pretty quickly as the properties he cut were actually his family's investments- to pay for his BA degree at University of Maryland College Park. Out of college, his first real job was a leasing agent for a large corporate luxury apartment property management group.

Living Simple is absolutely the best! For the extent of time we lived in Maryland, Living Simple was the best property management company we ever was under. Atwan treated us with respect and dignity, but in honesty it was like family. He helped us transition into our new place during the peak of the pandemic with class; and when it was time for us to leave the state he delivered the same high class service and support as before. After seeing so many positive reviews and awesome feedback, I decided to rent my next apartment home with Living Simple Properties. Despite calling them 3 times and leaving voice messages, no one from the property called back. I just moved on and continued my apartment search online. I came across a nice apartment on Trulia Mobile App and I contacted the property manager- Atwan Kwan (from Living Simple Property and scheduled an appointment to see the house. I’m usually not into writing reviews but only adding stars but Atwan and his team really took good care of our rental property so this time I had to compliment the good job. Everything from A to Z went smoothly and stress free. He managed our rentals for years and we never experienced any troubles with either tenants, rent payments or finding good contractors for small repairs that we had during this time so that kept both us and tenants happy.
