It is an amazing place to live,I just moving in this place.Arman was super nice to us.Specially Micah,she totally know what she was doing,and no doubt that's why she is an assistant manager.When I call the place before me moving, we were waiting for the paperwork processing. I have never in my life experienced an apartment building go so hard for a perspective resident. Everyone one has been so kind to me Micah, JC and most of all who I dealt with the most was Patrick.
Patrick was so kind and caring and concerned for everything. I truly appreciate everything that has to do with this property. Not only did Patrick do his job of what he was required to do, but he went above and beyond which is rare when in comes to apartments or homes period. I was super excited to find this apt building in Monrovia as it is so close to my work and my commute would be perfect , only to be turned away due to my salary . The rates they advertise are not accurate ! Fine I make more I'll pay more but was pretty much told I couldn't live there and was given a name of two other communities to look at . Who ever heard of such a thing not being able to live there because you make too much . If that's the case why isn't this in your advertising??

I recently worked with a family member to try and find her a home from moving down south to this location and the sales representative informed us that the rent is based off of your income. There is a price range on the units depending ON YOUR INCOME! The HIGHER your income the MORE rent you're going to pay. This is HORRIBLE, SO WRONG, and UNETHICAL! This is rental price gauging at its finest! DON'T consider this place!!

Too many bait and switch games, the latest we found is every family or unit can use the gym only twice a week so once a week for me and once for my husband
This is only one example of many that makes this a less than attractive place to live
Patric, Armin and the maintenance staff are nice and accommodating but the rest of the office staff are terrible

I recently moved out of a one year lease at Moda at Monrovia station. Just the facts.
1. The staff is extremely courteous and for the most part prompt to communicate with the exception of one time I can remember. I'd rate them 4.5 stars for service and communication.
2. With COVID you are still paying for the amenities but you are hardly allowed to use them. If this place were on their game they could have given a courtesy reprieve of $50 or $100 off rent, but they didn't think of this. I don't blame the mgmt of the building, remember this is still a business. So the owners

Micah, Patrick, JC, the cleaning and maintenance staff, and the rest of the MODA team work tirelessly to solve any problems - and they are very easy to communicate with! The staff here make our lives safe, comfortable, and fun.
Walls are basically sound proof, though some highway traffic or metro trains are faintly audible during quiet hours.
The mailroom has a parcel pending that allows you to notify them when you are on a trip away from home, holding your package deliveries for you until you return.
Maintenance and cleaning is fast

I had a horrible experience with MODA. I toured here a couple of months ago and decided in early November to apply for a unit. I was approved a week later and all seemed to be going well. However, we went to tour our actual unit the following week after approval and were extremely disappointed in what we saw. The unit was a completely different floor plan and with different square footage than advertised on the website. I am finishing up my yearly lease here at MODA. I am so pleased with management. Everyone is so nice and friendly here from management to the cleaning lady :) My lease expired in Dec but they were able to accommodate and I will now be upgrading and staying here for another year. I don't understand where the other reviews are coming from, they have an on-site security that comes at night. You have the metro next to us, and you do get some random people getting off the metro but will also see cops patrol the area. JC & Micah are also really nice and helpful! (Sorry for all the calls) lol

"0" rating for me. Among all the negatives that I mentioned in my two previous posts, the number one red signal about staying at Moda is safety. As another reviewer mentioned, car theft is a common occurrence since the facility is surrounded by the Metro Station on the south and a bunch of manufacturing/industrial buildings to the north. At night, it is a little eerie to enter the facility. There's always this fear of being jumped or attacked. I would never recommend Moda to my family members and loved ones. Ladies who return home at night to Moda need especially to be aware of potential

I am a current resident of Moda at Monrovia Station and I’m continually impressed with the attention to detail in nearly every aspect. From the amenities to cleanliness, it is apparent that the residents at Moda are put first. The incredible staff at the leasing center are always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. Lived here for a year and recently moved out. The amenities are very nice. The apartments looks modern. Their maintenance staff is always quick to address any issues.
I'm not sure what's wrong with the way the plumbing is done but while you're showering or washing dishes sometimes the water will go scalding hot for a few seconds. This happened every couple minutes and was a huge point of annoyance throughout my day.
Beware that when you move out they will hold your deposit for apartment and cleaning fees even if you leave everything spotless. This may not be a large sum, but as far as I have

Wrapping up my first year's lease here at MODA, and all I can say are great things about this place and staff! Before moving here, I checked out similar Apt's all around the area, and NONE of them compare to the cleanliness, security, safety, and modern living this place offers. Best of all, the entire staff here, from the leasing office to the maintenance and cleaning crew are exceptional at what they do. They treat you like family here and I'm glad I made the decision to stay here for another year!

Really an amazing building and an ideal location. Great facilities as well. Very little noise as well and very safe friendly environment. Within walking distance of a vegan market and the gold line station. Also fell in love with downtown Monrovia and this building is right down the street from there. The apartments are beautiful and you can even rent a storage unit in the same building.

I should have read the reviews before moving in, wish I could give a negative.
I was charmed by the facility, however when you move in things change.
The common toilets stink and are poorly maintained.
Sky deck is dirty - seats are not cleaned, health hazard.
Corn-hole play is gone. TT table does not have any playing balls.
Propane gas is out all the time from fire pits. Sanitizer out in gym then completely removed. Call box does not work.
The cleanliness over all is declining rapidly.
They promise to resolve things but management looks to escape from quality ownership and understands
