Today is Monday November 22 and there are cops everywhere. Swat is also here saying that it is not safe to go outside. There is also a dead body. It is definitely not a safe place to live. There is always cops here and it seems to be getting worse.

Maribel Sanchez has the greatest customer service . She has always done her best for my family and I, shes always helped us resolve any issues we have had and has made our stay here memorable and comfortable . I would like to say that Sunset Square apartment is a very nice apartment community to live in. I stayed there for 19 years. The only reason for my move was to be closer to family due to medical problems I'm having. Because the apartments are very large inside I love having all the space and the grounds where always kept up. I would like to say out of the 19 years I have been there and been through different management
that Maribel Sanchez was the top I give her a 100% she always on top of things handles people situations always get the job done she should be the main manager for this Property

The two apartment managers Maribel and Chayenne were friendly, punctual and very helpful. Maintenance was very quick as well with 24/7 service. I loved the place for 2 years. Thank you sunset square 👍🏼

Tenant for over 3 years. Staff has been friendly and helpful with just about any request. Clean grounds, quick response time from maintenance or main office. I don't have pets, but mini dog park within complex is a nice, quick option for folks who want to quickly walk their dog

I have been here at sunset Square for 13 years and Cheyenne and miss maribel is so sweet and professional they are the best managers i have had here any time i have a problem they are there to assist with no problem i thank you for there service.
