If you're a first time homebuyer... please stay away!!! Nick and Elisa sold me a home in a quick and efficient manner, but looking back, that was the only upside. It seems like because I was buying a cheaper home, they could care less about what I was investing in. The only correspondence I received after buying a subpar condo was a request to give them 5 stars.
