All classes are open to all levels. We have room for about 40 students in each class and often see full classes so we do suggest reserving a spot on MindBody in advance. Our doors open 30 minutes before class - plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to get set up in the hot room, check out our retail and connect with your Meltie besties!.
