If they actually show up to open the clinic for their appointments. 90 minutes sitting outside for an 11 am appointment, they didn’t even bother showing up and I’m not alone, the 10:30 also stood here waiting to no luck. Not the first time this happens to me with this clinic but it will be the last. Go elsewhere.

I had to wake the doctor up from his nap. I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork, but no one was at the desk. Around 20 minutes after I get there a patient started yelling from the back room “doc?” “Is anyone there?” I responded to let him know I was there. He replied that the doctor had left him on the table laying there for 30 minutes. I searched for the doctor and found him in the back office sleeping. Jaime and Dr. G are the best! I found ChiroclinicHK on Groupon and decided to try the LaserLipo treatments, this was over three months ago. I came initially with chronic back pain and thanks to adjustments and other therapies I am living with minimal back pain today. It’s your friendly neighborhood chiro but with the quality of a much more expensive place! Dr Gerardo is knowledgeable and doesn’t sell you for the sake of selling. Jamie in the front desk is super helpful. Could not recommend this place more!

Dr. Rosato is the real thing! He is fast, thorough and will pin-point the pain and get rid of it with his expertise.
I always come out of the office feeling way more relaxed and flexible from the spa-like experience.

I don't know what kind of physical issues other people go to see Dr Rosato for, but I have been suffering for about a year with Sciatica, which I have been treating in several ways. After receiving a cortisone epidural from a renowned physician at Weill-Cornell, which relieved a LOT of the pain, Dr. Rosato was convinced that he could help to relieve the pain with adjustments. So I allowed him to do an adjustment on me, and after adjusting my back, he pulled hard on my right leg (the one that causes most of the pain), and from the moment I got off his table until the time the day progressed

I've been going here for 18 months, and this is the best I've felt in a long time! I lift heavy weights and do a ton of other physical activities. Pro-active chiro care and massages are top priority for me. So glad I found this place with two awesome, caring men in Jaime and Dr Gerard, working hard and passionately to serve their neighborhood.. Dr. Gerard is fantastic! His office was able to fit me in on short notice. His front desk associate was friendly and professional. I waited for less than five minutes to be seen.
Dr. Gerard listened to my concerns, educated me on ways to keep my back feeling great and adjusted the problem away. I left his office feeling great, which is an understatement! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Hells Kitchen area in need of a great chiropractor.

I have been seeing this Dr for years, but because of his nasty assistant who is so unprofessional and just refuses to do his job such as verify insurance info and extremely unpleasant. I left very upset and I am sure the Dr heard our conversation and did not even come out to rectify the problem, I guess Dr doesn't care about his pts. The assistant told me that I have to pay out pocket, simply because he was refusing to do he's job.

Not only do I work here but I am also a patient. I am a strong believer in Chiropractic Care for preventative reasons as well as injuries. I get a monthly adjustments just to release subluxations that might be causing nerve interference to any vital organs. As the body can only really function at its best when there is no nerve interference and everything is aligned.
But about a month ago my mid back ceased up after a hard back routine at the gym. Within an hour after my workout I was in pain and luckily was treated by Dr. Gerard.... Wow what a relief.
