I was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30 they didn’t start on my hair until 4pm , they have one fast braider but I will never go here again the owner was stopping on my hair every time she got a phone call they can not multi task , if another customer comes in with a quicker hairstyle they will stop doing yours and get theirs done before you. The hair is nice but the service is very poor

Called the day before to Aryana set a appointment with me 5:30. I arrive at 5:06. At 7:31 I was still waiting. They were dancing and playing. A lady walked in to get the same style I wanted she started to braid her hair because she’s a regular.... I finally decided enough is enough said thank you for considering my hair but no thank you. She says I can start now are you serious????? Why not an hour ago. Chases me out the store trying to get me to wait. Classless and unprofessional.....I pay for what I want ....I will never be back. No stimulus I work hard, pay what is asked and always get my

I've been to this shop before a few years back and once I moved to Decatur, I no longer felt like making the trip to the Southside for braids.
After the experience I had with a braider over here, I was more than happy to make the trip to Aryana for my braids because I know she's going to do a good job.
I originally came in for waist length braids, but ended up deciding on knotless braids and when I tell you my hair looks good...I mean it. Bonus points for her listening to me about a sensitive spot in my hair that I needed her to be extra gentle on.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and was seated right away. I told the stylist what I wanted and showed a picture. I asked for long micro twist and Blandine and Crystel SNAPPED ON MY HAIR!!! It is the nicest twist I’ve ever had!!!! They were also very nice and professional! I would definitely recommend this shop, and will be returning!

Aryana is very bad at customer service all she cares about is the money and not quality work. I was so unhappy with my hairstyle and on top of that she wanted to charge me more to fix it. Do not go here it's a waste of money and time. Came here 2 months ago Nadine did most of my hair I was happy with the service . This time around Aryana did it and it was the worst. Next time ask for Nadine if you want your money's worth

This was the worst experience ever. My 17 year old saved her money to get braided Bob for back to school. It was a 9 hr process with the stylist taking breaks to start someone else's hair . When they finished the first side she told them it was too long, they ignored her, I had to go up there to have them cut them. Then the owner told my daughter because it took so long she would have to pay more next time . That would never happen. The braids looked old on day one. But the experience was so bad my daughter wouldn't go back to have them fixed.

I am honestly confused by the negative reviews. The owner is very sweet and professional and I honestly loved my entire experience. My braids came out beautifully. The shop was empty so three women were able to braid my hair at once and I was in and out within 4 hours. I will be returning in 2 months and every 2 months for new styles and braids.
The only things I would change would be the appearance of the salon interior. The salon asthetics should be more than what they are. It needs an upgrade and the bathroom needs to be more beautifully decorated being that this is a device designed to cater

Best Customer Service! Aryana and her staff get straight to their Customers. Been Coming to her ever since I was little !
