I have previously been to la's hair studio and haven't had a problem. i liked the services i recieved and was looking to possibly become a regular. but the last time i went was the final time i will ever go there and here's why:
1. i was expecting to get a simple trim of my ends. one of the other beauticians butchered my hair. from the front you could tell that one side was longer than the other and she thought that that was simply ok for a client to walk out with uneven hair. i was devistated to know that she took the liberty of cutting my hair the way she wanted instead of communicating to me
