What is a HUD Home? The lender acquires the property, submits FHA insurance claim, and then conveys ownership to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD will then sell the home through their Asset Manager (AM). A HUD Home can be a single family residence (SFR), townhouse, condominium, mobile home, or multiple family attached home up to 4 units.
Buying your new home is a serious venture. It can be an absolute pleasure or a massive headache. Your house is not just your home, it is a serious investment in the dwelling, the area and your future. When buying a home - you're bound to have many questions. For example, "In what area can I find a home that suits my needs?", "How much money will I need to afford the monthly payments?"

As recent buyers of a home in North Scottsdale, we were so astonished and concerned with the lack of communication that we and our agent received from Mr. Brophy, the SELLERS Agent during the entire transaction.
Throughout the process, we continued to ask our agent important questions to ask Mr. Brophy that would help make our purchase decision. Unfortunately Mr. Brophy, the sellers agent was not responsive at all.
Infact, his response was sometimes a week late and when we eventually did hear from him, his responses were not thorough nor complete making it very frustrating.

Thank you, once again to Mr. Brophy, for taking care of our family! Because of our previous relationship with him in the Roseville, CA area, we contacted him when we were in need of a realtor. Although he has relocated to Arizona, he was able to put us in contact with a reliable team who has been great to work with.
