It is our goal to work in partnership with you to create an environment where your child will thrive. Our teachers create weekly lesson plans based on the needs and interests of the children served. Our family owned environment allows us to work with families on an individual basis, which enables us to meet your needs more quickly and effectively and our flexible scheduling options are geared to support today's busy families.
The mission of Little Victories is to provide flexible full time and part time child care and education programs for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old while providing an encouraging, safe, educational environment allowing for growth physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. We do this better than any other child care center in the St. Croix Valley area.

This is a fantastic daycare in Stillwater. The director is welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. The staff are warm and give parents a lot of confidence. As a cherry on top, they have very reasonable full time rates and if you only need part time or occasional care, they can accommodate. You only pay when your child is there and there is no contract! It is a unique and needed business model in the child care industry and we are lucky to have them!
