A&E Builders is a team of 3 brothers who grew up on an Amish dairy farm in Lancaster County and fell in love with carpentry. While we enjoyed milking cows and doing fieldwork, we decided to expand our knowledge and experience in the American workforce. Eli began working at a storage shed manufacturing shop as a teenager.
He started accommodating customers' wishes for custom storage sheds and garages that were currently only assembled as kits at the shop. Eli began customizing and building modifications for them on site. The increase in demand for the retail business steadily increased and in 2003 Eli and his brothers decided to form A&E Builders; their own company.

I've spoken with Eli a couple of time for a quote. He was very nice and professional but unfortunately I had to call multiples times to get a single quote. He told me if I needed another quote to email him to make that inquiry because it's quicker,Which I have but have not been successful at getting a response back. A really nice guy but I can see that I would have to make every effort of communication plus some to do business with him so I while I'm still waiting on my other inquiries, I'm not holding my breathe for a call or email back.

I worked closely with Eli and Daniel on the addition to my house. Doing construction while living inside was challenging, and the A&E team made our life much easier. This is one of the most professional team I have ever worked with.
To start, Eli always responded to my email inquiries, and patiently answered all my questions through out the entire process. Then, the team gave the most accurate start and finished date estimate. During the construction, Daniel and the team arrived on time, cleaned up well, and informed me ahead of time of any chances to schedule. The work quality was also top notch

Highly recommend A&E builders. I had them build a 3 car detached garage that was drawn up by my father who’s a architect. The garage built was very quick and of the highest quality. It’s been almost a year since the garage was built and I am still extremely pleased. I would definitely return to them for future services.

I found Eli through a colleague at work, He is an amazing worker, calm, professional and very straight. the work is exemplary, even my town's inspectors were impressed with the work.
