I have used Finishing Touch for two jobs since 2001. In each job, Chris and his team have provided timely, quality workmanship. Each project was completed to our satisfaction and within budget. They were patient in my questions and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I will definitely use them again should the opportunity present.

Please ask for an itemized listing of what the project will cost before paying the down payment. We asked for an itemized listing on several occasions for our kitchen project after the cost came in 30-35% above initial estimate but was never provided. When we decided not to use him and asked if we could use part of the down payment for a smaller job he said the down payment was a design fee.
