I worked with Rali for an engagement ring after a strong referral from a friend who had done the same. Would highly recommend her. Her communication and advice was outstanding throughout the process. She did a great job understanding what my fiancee would like and probably understood that better than she did herself! The ring itself turned out beautifully and has received many compliments.

Rali is THE jeweler for the modern era. I love the fact that when I make an appointment, I get to be the ONLY one in her (gorgeous) studio. I have never felt rushed or pressured, and Rali is so lovely that every visit is fun and uplifting.
Rali was able to repair my wedding ring after two other jewelers had said that nothing could be done to save my broken setting. Not only was she able repair it, but the cost of repair was more than fair, in MY favor. Rali seems to really work with a long-term mindset and POV of client relationship and not just for one transaction.
I highly recommend her!

Rali helped me upgrade my engagement ring setting after an unfortunate incident involving a swollen finger and some impatient pre-op nurses (yes! Hey really can cut off your ring if it just won't slip off at 6am, just in case you've ever wondered!)
She is absolutely brilliant to work with... she really listens and is very warm and easy to communicate with. She's also extremely intuitive and is dedicated to making sure her clients will be blown away when the work is done.
