Mr. Carter was able to save the files from my crashed computer for which I was extremely grateful! He walked me through the steps in his process and laid out my choices. I highly recommend using Mr. Wizzard as the response time was extremely fast (immediate in my case) as was the turnaround time. It is located about half an hour away from me, but it was definitely worth the drive and if I ever need computer services again I will use him!
