The technician responded promptly; however the diagnosis of my computer was not fully correct. I was advised that the hard drive had failed; and furthermore after a couple attempts onsite that the data was not recoverable. I was charged for diagnostic analysis. I was able to take it to a different repair shop and recover the data. I was not able to receive consideration for a faulty diagnosis. I’m dissappointed and can not recommend this service.

Highly recommend! Frank with Mobile ITechs couldn't have been better. I contacted him greatly concerned about my crashed iMac on a Sunday. He called me right away and picked up the Mac from my house with hours. Within only a couple days he diagnosed my broken hard-drive, replaced it, and had my iMac running like new. I am typing this review on the very iMac Frank fixed. Thank you again Frank and Mobile ITechs!
