Founder, Keith Rosa, has always been committed to offering quality and value to residential clients and helping make their technology experience as trouble-free as possible. His love of computers began as a kid working on Apple, learning BASIC and Pascal programming languages, and then getting into the Windows space in the 1990's.
Our computer repair services cover just about any problem or need you can have, including a new computer setup, backup or data recovery, or hardware repairs to screens and laptops. A managed IT services plan gives you peace of mind that your data is protected and regular maintenance keeps your computer tuned up to prevent slow down issues.

My 7 year-old home wi-fi system had been on the fritz for the last few months. PC Medics not only asked great questions about what I needed to achieve with my home wi-fi set-up, but also researched the best options to customize the perfect system for me. I had a PC that I built for gaming. It ran for an hour and just shut off on me. I didn't know much about Diagnosing PC's so I gave up on fixing it for a few years. Well, one a day a good friend of mine heard my story about the PC and recommends that I call a company called PC Medics. I reach out to them and get some help from a gentleman named Keith. Keith diagnosed my PC and found out that I had a defective power supply. Keith also helped me pick out a new one for my PC and helped me understand which Power supply would be able to manage my components. Mr. Keith was very knowledgeable and courteous
