I originally stumbled into Promac looking for a iPad for My five-year-old. The owner Kelvin showed me what he had and was very nice and helpful with finding one for my child. The pricing was extremely affordable compared to other places. Ever since then I’ve made them my go to tech guys, anytime anything is wrong with any of my stuff Promac always get me back right. One MacBook, one iPhone, two tablets, and a pair of AirPods later I have always got the best products from Promac.

Phenomenal experience! Walked into Promac Repair a couple of weeks ago with a fried logic board after purchasing a used Macbook from a family member. Immediately, I was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Extremely friendly, incredibly helpful. We were able to diagnose the issue within a matter of minutes, a before I knew it, my parts were ordered and I was sent on my merry way!
Less than a week later, I receive a phone call that my Macbook is ready for pick up! I inform them that I will need at least a few more days to move some money around and was told that

I tried updating my laptop to Windows 11 and it crashed and wouldn't boot up afterward. I took my computer to Promac and they quickly got me going again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. It was prompt, professional and a great value. Thanks guys, you're the best!

Kelvin and his team run an absolutely amazing operation. The experience I had bringing in my faulty equipment was beyond all expectations. Between the quick turnaround time, the timely updates, successful repairs, and the knowledge they conveyed, I was blown away with my transaction. Not only are they passionate about the work they do, but they are kind, courteous, and timely with each and every customer. I highly recommend their shop for all of your computer, tablet, and phone repair needs. Excellent service at fair prices. Hard to come by these days but Promac embodies that statement.

Took my Dell computer in on a Thursday morning. They diagnosed it as hard drive failure. Drive was replaced by Thursday evening and data transfer done on Friday. Kelvin called Friday evening and said was ready. Thanks to Kelvin and Julia for such great service. They were both friendly, courteous, professional, and awesome to work with. Any future device problems be it tablet, laptop, or desktop, I am heading to Promac. You have computer problems, take it to them. Thank you Promac staff.

Wife's laptop had a complete system failure when it was receiving a Windows 10 update. Thought it was toast. Kelvin is a magician. It's working perfectly and we didn't lose a single data file. Thousand + photos etc. Not only a great job, but quick and priced more than fairly. If you ever need help, call Promac!

I had a USB cable that was stuck in the port on my laptop. After reading the very complimentary reviews about Promac Computer Repair, I called them and they said to bring it in; they could most likely fix it while I waited. That's exactly what the tech did! He fixed the problem and even took the time to look up and give me a print-off of the warranty on my laptop....and didn't charge me anything. I definitely recommend these guys....thanks Promac!

Wonderful experience. My Mac Air was not functioning. Within 10 minutes of entering Promac, Kelvin had a diagnosis [dead hard drive], the part ordered, and me on my way. A day and a half later I got a call that the computer was ready for me to pick it up. The cost was reasonable and Kelvin and his brother Joe [a family business] were extremely friendly while simultaneously being very professional. As I said: wonderful experience.

We previously used Fruit Fixed and while the repairs or assessments were good, their follow-ups were less than consistent. Often had to call them repeatedly to try to get updates. Decided to try Promac and so glad I did. Great staff. They replaced my iPad screen and kept me informed about the repair status and when it was ready. They even repaired the home button while doing the repair. Will definitely go back for any Apple repairs!

Mannnnn, best service ever! Very professional and patient. My MacBook Pro was acting a fool and Promac diagnosed the issue within a few hours. They went above and beyond by cleaning my dirty screen. The keyboard on my brand new MacBook Pro broke and I had to ship it off to Apple for repair. When I got my backup MacBook Pro out the battery had gone bad. I replaced the battery but broke the trackpad in the process. I called every Mac repair shop in Richmond. Another business stood me up for an appointment so I called Kelvin. He had me come right over and had my trackpad replaced within 2 hours. Good price, excellent service, and I really enjoyed chatting with him and his staff. I will only use ProMac from now on. Incredible customer service. Explained the issue with my Mac in a way that I could understand, and fixed the problem quick and affordable. Store was welcoming and friendly and the staff was awesome. Very nice to deal with honest people in a technology business full of scams. Will be taking all future technology needs to them.
