This place is absolutely atrocious. They don't see you in person to evaluate you, they ZOOM CALL you. Oh and then have fun getting your medical documents from them. They never answer their phones, usually goes straight to voice-mail. Pretty confused as to how exactly they think it's any type of correct to completely ignore (obvious) mental patients. I've been trying for about a month to get an answer out of these people. If I could rate it a negative number I would. This personally is the worst establishment I have ever dealt with. Do not go to them.

In July 2021 they did an assessment for my son. They said they'd get his report done so we can get him the help he needs..
Since then they have failed to return calls after my wife has called them half a dozen times.
I called, they said they'd call me back. They didn't. I went this morning and visited them in person, they have the doors locked. I had to wait until another person showed up and they decided to come let us in. They justified their 10 week lack of response with "Our doctors are working from home."
A lot of the country now works remotely. That is not an excuse. If anything it means

Have been trying to get an appt scheduled for "testing" since May. The were supposed to have called me to set it up, but having seen my referring doctor biweekly/monthly 3x since the first referral, I've called and left messages 7x now. I've never spoken to a person, I've never received a call back, never received a letter. Looking at everyone else's experiences, I almost feel lucky to not get in here. They're absolutely a travesty of a medical practice, I don't believe I actually want them to get the chance to scam my insurance. What if I get "lucky" and these people actually get the chance to

Absolutely awful place. The office staff has never returned a phone call. We get a voicemail for Katie and have never had a returned call in 3 months of dealing with these people. Delays, they have cancelled appointments, it's outrageous.
The Dr named Brooke was very good. She was easy to talk to and was very helpful. She is the shining star in this terrible establishment.
