Be prepared to answer questions about the individual's contact information, diagnosis or deficits, rehabilitation goal, medical history, and all possible insurance plans. We will also need a physician's order for the recommended service.
Never settling and continuously pushing for better outcomes for the individuals we serve is foundational to our culture here at Origami. I would give 5 stars for PT but the billing staff are horrible 0 stars. I have called over 20 times about a bill and they do not answer or return phone calls. They are totally inconsiderate plus they lied about participation status with blue cross and will not give a detailed bill only an amount. I would only go to them after you talk to your insurance provider to make sure you understand your out of pocket costs. I had to stop therapy because it took me a month to even get a bill from them and that was when i realized I was seeing a non par provider and had to cancel my treatment

My husband suffered a severe traumatic brain injury almost 11 years ago. He's been at Origami Rehabilitation for over 10 years now. Frankly, I wouldn't have him anywhere else. He's become a member of the Origami family, & they take wonderful care of him. Yes, there have been some glitches over the years - no place is perfect. But I know about the other brain injury rehabilitation options, & I can tell you, Origami is the best there is. It's small, so the staff to client ratio is great; they listen if I have any concerns (& that hasn't always been the case at some of the places my husband was in

If you care about your loved one's health, safety, physical and mental well-being, DO NOT allow them to become an inpatient resident at Origami Rehabilitation. My mother was in a tragic car accident and suffered spinal cord and brain injury. Origami was our only option. She resided her from November to mid April and we have countless records of absolutely unacceptable events. These include, but are not limited to, my mother falling out of bed and being found on the floor even though she can not walk, while she was in what is commonly referred to as a "turtle shell" and needed assistance even rolling

My mother and mother-in-law are both currently receiving therapies, physical, occupational and visual, and Origami offers even more. The therapists noticed some deficits that were not requested in the initial authorization, Origami is discussing additional options with their PCP. We all want everyone to be their best and thrive. Therapy three times a week is wonderful when I see the progress both mom's are experiencing.
I am impressed with Origami's care and compassion with both moms. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Origami for your services!

I have a tremendous amount of gratitude to the staff at Origami. I have suffered two TBIs, Origami has helped me every step of the way. The physical therapists there really do care about the clients they are with. I've had several therapists there throughout my two year journey, and I don't have a single complaint about any of them. From when you walk in the door, and the front office ladies greet you, you know you are cared for. A special thank you to Ron, without his knowledge and his eagerness to learn more about helping others, I know I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you!

I have been in therapy with Oragami for 2 1/2 years, following a serious automobile accident. With their help, patience, and encouragment, I am living a full life, despite residual handicaps due to a serious brain injury. I can drive a car, garden, dance, train my dogs to do tricks, go on vacations with my husband, visit friends and babysit my grandson. I am so thankful for all the help and support Oragami provided. I wouldn't be where I am without their caring professional staff.
