Inward Journeys Treatment Center specializes in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. We are dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. We were founded in 2006 and have been providing intensive treatment and workshops for those who have experienced molestation, rapes, domestic violence, and other traumatic experiences.
We have found that when a comprehensive approach to treatment is employed that recovery is possible. We offer a step down system that may begin at any level of care from a partial hospitalization program to intensive outpatient program to outpatient services. Our intensive trauma recovery program or workshop is a standard treatment option for all people who attend Inward Journeys Counseling Center.

At Inward Journeys we offer a unique approach to mental health treatment. We draw upon research in lifestyle medicine along with other psychotherapeutic modalities to bring the clients to a better resolution of mental health issues. If you suffer from panic disorder or depression, you are not alone, and at Inward Journeys we do not believe that these conditions must be permanent.
The Partial Hospitalization Program, or PHP, offers a high level of structured care. Patients may live at home or in our housing. A major difference from inpatient treatment and PHP is that partial hospitalization offers a structured, but less restricted plan. Individuals may need care that is more intensive than standard outpatient care can provide, but PHP is not as restrictive as inpatient hospitalization.

I was "shopping" for a new therapist and found this office on Psychology Today. Ashley from the office returned my call, I verified that my insurance was accepted, and scheduled a 6:30 PM meeting. The first thing I noticed about this office is that it's very, very difficult to reach a real person. I understand that therapists aren't always available for phone calls and need to call back after their sessions, but even with office support (which seems rare), I wouldn't get calls back for days.
