My girlfriend and I lived at The Residences at 299 for two years. We will miss it. The location is perfect, close to everything. The property is kept clean, maintenance is very responsive, and Victoria, the leasing consultant was always kind and helpful during our entire stay. We recommend living here if you have the opportunity.

I have lived at The Residences at 299 for almost half a year now and couldn't be happier. The ladies at the leasing office are extremely responsive, polite and accommodating. The grounds are always kept in excellent shape and visually pleasing. If there is ever an issue with a utility, the maintenance team is always available and happy to help. I would highly recommend living here.

Victoria, the woman that answer's the phone is beyond rude!!!!! I called on behalf of the Doctor I work for that resides at 299 as they have had nothing but issues with their dishwasher and Victoria was arguing with me and the doctor stating his wife didn't know how to use it. when they replace it and not start it before they left and she starts it and it leaked all over and sparks came out the back,,,hmmm,,, guess she didn't push the right button?!?! Bottom line is Victoria needs to find a job in a box where she doesn't have to speak to anyone with her rude attitude, and she also hung up on me

My family moved in this past summer after selling our home . I was skeptical about renting but once we moved in we felt right at home . Our neighbors are so nice and we became great friends with many of them. The amenities are great, staff has been very accommodating and maintenance staff has been wonderful ! Hanh, Ashley and Jordan are incredibly pleasant and always available when you need them .

I agree with others concerns. There are some positives however the way they kept most of the security deposit through fabricated damage to items including charging $250 for a refrigerator/freezer door scratch that was not there at time of apt turn over, though no damage was ever done as witnessed by 2 individuals and alleging they needed to charge $75!!! for "clean the fridge and microwave" though it had been left precisely as was requested sponge clean. Assuming a rate of cleaners being $30/hr that is saying they required 2 hours of cleaning when the apt was left exactly as they had requested

Our family moved to The Residences at 299 over three years ago after an employer relocation. After coming on site to view the models, we were sold! In the Farmington area, we realized there is not one comparable apartment complex which offered the unit upgrades and amenities for the price. The pictures of the property grounds say it all: granite counters, spacious units, multiple gas grills for outdoor cookouts and a wonderful pool area. Consider also the garage units (available separately) as they are especially wonderful during the winter months. They even have a dog bath to conveniently wash

Unprofessional staff/property management team at 299 Residences. My gf and I lived there for quite some time but some unfortunate events transpired with my job, and we had to notify the management team at 299 that we could no longer live their for the full term of our 12month lease.
We were compliant the whole way through the 7months and paid in full every month until they found someone. They kept our full deposit of $1000 for minuscule things like, "cleaning of the stove". Completely unprofessional staff and quite frankly rude the whole time we lived there. It was not worth the money. Do not
