Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
As a leasing consultant for Red Coach Village, it is my job to answer your questions and help guide you through the leasing experience. Assisting with scheduling an appointment so that you can tour the property at your convenience. Due to the current circumstances we are now offering virtual tours and eliminating security deposits.

I think that they try to rip people off they charge you $39 extra a month instead of a security deposit which if you stay there for a few years that would exceed a normal amount for a security deposit. They also charge you an extra $40 a month for water sewage and Pest Control which is very pricey most people don't even pay that much for three months of trash and sewage. They claim that they help people through the rapid re-housing program which normally gets people out of a bad situation and their Apartments seen well over price you can rent a whole house to yourself for the same price that they

I came to Red Coach Village earlier this year and compared to my last place I would give them 10 stars if I could. The front office ladies are great. The grounds are immaculate. For the size and lay out of my apartment the cost is phenomenal. It is a tremendous upgrade from my previous living situation for only a few bucks more per month.

0/10 recommend. If I could give the complex ZERO stars I would. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE NO MATTER WHAT !!!!!!! I have been here almost a year and horrible is an understatement. I will not be living here again and will never recommend to anyone. The only good thing is they will move you in fast which is another trick of theirs. The rent is RIDICULOUS and there are so many hidden expenses involved after you sign your lease. They say zero deposit down but the trick is they add the deposit to your rent monthly. When I say hidden expenses I would say about $275-300 dollars additional to the rent that is

Very quiet and nice environment. They have plenty of room to walk your animals on the property and for kids to play. The staff has been helpful with any issues that have occurred on the property or in the unit. It is a very friendly apartment complex. Plus they have everything here. The amenities are great. Love the pool are and the clubhouse and it's very convenient having a fitness center on the property.

We love Red Coach Village! It is a nice, quiet area, and very safe. Maintenance takes care of all requests promptly. The staff is always available for questions and is always accommodating. Our experience has been quite pleasant and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. Also, it has the added benefit of being near to any stores or restaurants you could want!

I love my apartment the maintenance team Michelle and Kent are amazing if there was an issue they would fix it right away. Peggy whom is in charge of the pool is very helpful as well. I had issues with office management for the last 6 months until April Rose came in and was excellent. She figured out the wrong overcharges and fixed them for me. Red Coach is now in order thanks to April.

My husband and I enjoy living here, we have not had any problems getting them to fix anything since the new company took over, the office manager is a wonderful person her name is Sarah she is working with us to get some of the things in our apartment done through the new owner R.O.C.O, thank you Sarah.

This place is absolutely horrible! Everything is falling apart, it is a hassle to get them to fix any problems, they failed and forget to send in our water bill on time ( which we pay through them) and apparently are incapable of fixing there mistakes (going on 3 months now with incorrect billing. Worst management ever. If you have a complaint or anything expect it to take over 3 months to fix IF THAT. If you want a management to call you back you have better luck finding a unicorn.
