All of our services are avaiable 'as needed' at a reasonable price. We generally have a response time of 24-48 hours whether the machine is dropped off at our store or we can also come on-site. You can purchase bundled hours in blocks of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, or 250 depending on your needs. The hours never expire and you can use them as needed.
Our HELPDESK tool is something we install on every computer we work on. We offer 3 Packages. The $9.99 Package allows us to monitor the health of your computer, allows us to keep popular programs and your Windows Updates current, and includes an antivirus subscription. The $19.99 Package includes automated Cloud Backups.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. These guys are true professionals and will work with you to find exactly what you need for your price range. I needed an extra monitor for my laptop and Repair IT immediately asked what it was for, and how large did it need to be... ie for gaming, watching video streams, writing reports, researching, etc. I thought that was very nice, as many places would simply show you their inventory and tell you to pick one out. I'd highly recommend Repair IT for all of your computer needs, whether repairs or looking for a new PC, laptop, and/or monitor!!

These guys are the best. I had a Arcade1Up Pacmac video game that the screen went out. They had to make several calls to the manufacturer because no one else had the screen. It took a little while but they got the part and fixed it for a very good price. Very satisfied!

As a non-computer savvy person, I found I had difficulties' with faded colors on my computer screen and with WIFI hookup. Service was within two day and top notch. I had already upgraded my security plan with them over concern for scams and phishing. With that taken care of, I knew i had a new problem. For the extra in home service required, they cleared everything up and at a very reasonable additional charge. Glad to have found them many years ago.

Dropped off my Xbox One S here to get repaired after it would turn on for a few seconds then turn off. $30 service fee to get it diagnosed, and a new internal power supply was ordered, but unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Motherboard turned out to be fried. Great service and they kept me up to date on the status of the repair! Great location, very small and perfect for quick repairs at a local place!!

Repair IT was great! My hard drive crashed on my desk top and they were able to retrieve all my files. Put a new hard drive in, transferred my files, updated windows and my computer was better than new!! They were super fast! Dropped it of Saturday before closing and Monday morning got a call with diagnoses. Got another call same afternoon it was done. Price was very very reasonable!! I chose them from reviews. That’s why I’m leaving one. FAST/CHEAP/GREAT SERVICE

I have used Repair IT on more than one occasion throughout the years for my desktop & laptop needs. I cannot say enough about how great they are and recommend them highly and often. Not too sure about this new start up. Like the way they operate and the detail info record they print out and give you when you pay your bill.
They stated they were sure they had fixed long term problem with my All-In-One Sony turning itself on during the night. The first night home it turned on again as usual. I guess I'm an optimist and expect to pay for results, since they seemed sure they had solved the problem.
That said, I believe I will use them again when I need service since perhaps there is no solution the turn on problem, and the other services they supplied on two other occasions

My computer had a number of issues. Gabe and Nick spent a lot of time working on it. I was about to give up on it. I'm pretty sure they were as well. However, they kept at it and got it up and running saving my family the cost of buying a new computer. I am very grateful for the work these two gentlemen did. Exceptional customer service of this kind is very hard to find these days. Five stars are not enough for this operation. It is a great comfort to know that I have a place like this to do computer repairs expertly and honestly. No need to call anyone else. Thank you again guys

I dropped my hp pavilion and cracked the screen. I brought it in with a list of details as to how it happened. The man behind the counter was so glad about the note and saying that he loves details. He took my computer and in a couple of days we got a call saying it was repaired. I got it back but realized the new digitizer was actually not responding to touch. So I took it back. It was about a week or so. I called. They said it was probably not the digitizer but something else. They were contacting hp and would get back to me the next day.
