Terrible experience! Zero communication. All my computer needed was to have the battery replaced and a cracked glass on the screen. They charged me in advance which was not a problem but now after they have gotten paid and 2months I can’t get them to complete the job. They will not answer my phone calls or even return my calls. And they still have my business computer! I would not recommend these guys!

I had a fan go out in my tower and I decided that it was time to go ahead and upgrade the ventilation in my computer as well as install a SSD. Despite challenges with supply chain issues and finding parts that actually fit a tower that is nearly 10 years old, they quickly got me back in business, literally. I use my computer several hours a day for my job. They were quick and professional. I hope to not have PC issues for a while, but if I do, I won't hesitate to reach back out.

The immediate attention and care that Steve and Karmen provided to my "broken" laptop did not go by unnoticed (even though I was a drop-in customer). I left my laptop with them and they had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a half day. Well done and all completed for a fair price. They not only fixed the problem (bad hard drive) but provided a thorough evaluation with analytics of my laptop. I don't know these guys and haven't required their services before but when I do again, I won't have to look past Louisville Computer Repair (they were the 3rd establishment I had tried this time around

As an owner of a Titan GT76, having it run at 30FPS was bemusing. I rarely post reviews unless I am more than satisfied with a company and their services. I can't recommend this business more highly. I have had mixed experiences with various tech support companies in the past, but these guys are completely on top of it.
They were EXTREMELY thorough--even after they had correctly diagnosed the actual issue with my PC they made sure to check everything else out that they thought could possibly be a problem, ensuring the issue was definitely addressed, giving me total peace of mind that I wouldn't be back again with a "half-fixed" PC (which is an experience I've had other places).

Steve Richardson, and Carmen are by far the most helpful people I have ever encountered in my exhausting search for a knowledgeable professional. As a female, I am especially frustrated at the lack of respect. Not for one second did Steve or his team make me feel embarrassed or belittled by my lack of knowledge at explaining my issue. Louisville Computer Repair has helped me so much. They have installed all new work stations, replaced our phone system, installed mastercam for our shop area and will be replacing our office server. They have put more security in place and they monitor our internet. Recently our internet went down and they made a trip to our facility (in the middle of the night) so that when we came to work, we were able to conduct business as usually. They pricing is very affordable. I can call them when I have a problem and they either walk me thru it or make an office call. I would definitely recommend Louisville
