You know all those horror stories about the lady down the street who sent her computer to some "expert" at that other company, only to have it returned to her with all of her files missing? Let me handle your problem and your data is safe. First off, let's tackle this one: don't be fooled by most promotions.
The first step doesn't have to be sending your drive to a full-blown data recovery company with a Class 100 clean room. Fact is, the majority of drives do not require disassembly in a particle-free environment to recover. Regardless, many data recovery companies still charge $500-$1,250 to recover failing drives, even if they don't have to use the clean room.
While many repairs are better handled in a lab environment, there are plenty of situations where on-site work is a more sensible approach, or in many cases, remote connection over the internet. Whether you're a business with 15 - 20 workstations and a network in need of troubleshooting and maintenance, or an individual with wireless printing woes, I'm the expert that will get it solved quickly-the first time.

Steve at Triple S is simply the best. On a recent Sunday my laptop decided to go on a work strike. It would not do anything. Looked at reviews of computer repair places on the Neighborhood app and Triple S had the most positive reviews. By Wednesday my laptop was better than new. Steve was able to recover my data, replace a dead hard drive with a snazzy new SS drive and remove all the bloatware. Now every time I use my laptop I smile at how fast and responsive it is and how all my files are still there. Don't be a wish I had, give Steve a call and you'll be a glad I did. I sure am!

I've used Steve/TripleS to fix computer problems multiple times. My most recent "patient" was my home workstation, and once again, I am thoroughly satisfied with the time and money spent, and most importantly, the result! He cleaned up/fixed my desktop and it is FASTER and safer. He is helpful without making you feel like an idiot, conscientious about fixes/purchases, and keeps you informed. I'd never spend a dime with anyone else.

Truly CANNOT say enough good things about Steve. This man saved me from losing all of my clients from the past 8 years! I had been very bad about backing up my computer when one day..my MAC crashed out of no where. After taking my computer to another local place to be restored, my hope was lost. But thankfully I found Steve and within 1-2 days he had everything backed up for me. He was responsive, kind, & reassured me step by step. He was also very affordable. Cannot recommend enough! Wow! Steve did an upgrade to Windows 10 and was able to take my Windows 7 system with some old (some very old but IMPORTANT TO ME) software and port it seamlessly into the new operating system. Online "help" was saying it would be very difficult -- if possible at all.
He replaced the old hard drive and tuned the whole laptop up

Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, yet dummys it down so you understand what he is doing. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on something I didn't need and he explained a few things that I was unaware of. Everybody needs a Steve to keep you smooth sailing where your computer is concerned. Easy to communicate with, reasonable pricing, quick service, and happy to answer questions. You need Steve. By the way, he fixed my very slow running laptop. Super happy with it. And saved me some yearly subscription money.

Steve is the most professional, knowledgeable computer guy I know. My computers hard drive crashed last week, Steve with his awesome abilities was able to retrieve all of my info. He helped me select my computer at a super price, then set up the entire new computer for my needs. Why you would ever go to a box store for a computer is beyond me.
