Quicker service than I expected. Came the next day to diagnose my problem, he had to take my computer to his shop for repair and had it back to me the next day. Extremely reasonable pricing. Warren is very personable, and took the time to explain what was needed. My computer now fires up better than when it was brand new. I made this my first call, if you need computer service make this your first call. I know you will be totally satisfied as I was.

I was very pleased with Mr. Shacklette's response time and quality of service. He picked up my old computer to test it,then called the nest morning to tell me it couldn't be fixed. He had refurbished computers for less than half the cost of a new one. He picked one out and transferred all my info onto the new one. He also had a new monitor that he installed because my ool one was rolling. It took less that 24 hours to pick it, test it, transfer all the data and return it to me. I would strongly recommend this company for the above reasons and for his professionalism and directness.

He was EXTREMELY professional and easy to talk to. After calling around, and dealing with people who might be geniuses in the field, but lack total people skills, you'll find Shacklette goes beyond the call of duty with anything you could possibly need. He showed up to my residence in 20 minutes, and fixed my issues in under 20 minutes. This guy IS the guy to call.

On Friday my computer stopped working. I called A+1 Shacklette. They came to my home that afternoon and determined that it needed tp go to their shop for work. I was called and updated Saturday. My replacement computer was delivered at 10:30AM on Monday and installed. Mr Shacklette then stayed and helped me learn about it. I am very pleased with the knowledge, promptness and pleasantry exhibited. I will certainly tell others to call them.

Warren made this whole process so easy and fast. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very prompt. I was so surprised how quick and easy it was to get my hard drive upgraded and back up in running in less than 24 hrs. Now my computer is working better than ever and all of this was just by making a phone call to A-Plus Shacklette's Computer Repair. Warren responded immediately to a major virus on my computer. He not only was able to take care of the issue remotely, he also did some updates and clean-up on my computer as well.
