Morena Home Design just finished remodeling my kitchen and dining room, giving me the open concept my husband and I wanted. I am so happy with how it turned out! Sami, the contractor, has been in the industry for many years. He was easy to work with and is very energetic and personable. He lets you know what work is being done each day and explains everything. Sami responds quickly to calls and texts. He checks the progress of the work regularly. His tradesmen have been with him a long time, some are even second generation, their fathers having also worked with Sami. That he loves and takes

I am updating my previous review due to a problem I encountered after my bathroom was remodeled. The work looked great but was not done properly, resulting in a leakage problem inside a wall that went undetected long enough to cause a mold situation. The quality workmanship was lacking. It caused many repair issues as well as expense and inconvenience not satisfactorily addressed by the contractor. My insurance company determined the faulty remodel was the cause.

I needed to get a bathroom in my house remodeled, and I hired Sami from Morena Home Design. I did not see the following review in the neighborhood newsletter until after I signed the contract with Sami. A man in Laguna Hills wrote, "Stay away from Sami Behzad at Morena Home Design. I am redoing almost all the work he did in our bathroom ."Unfortunately, I had the same experience. I also had to hire people to do what he didn't do and to redo some of the work he did do, including tile and plumbing. He was always too busy going to his other projects to give my project the attention
