Augustin and his crew remodeled two bathrooms and converted my outdated bath tub to a walk in shower. Also, plumbed for and installed a new washer/dryer. They did an excellent job. Very responsive to any question or concern. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved to SoCal and purchased our house remotely and had KBKoncepts remodel the entire house. We met with Augustine only once, then maintained communications by phone and email. The work was done on time and within the original budget. We were extremely pleased with the quality, finishes, timing and the total cost of the job. Truly an honest and professional contractor. My experience with Augustin greatly exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience with hiring a contractor for home remodeling, and wasn't sure what to expect. However, it was such a positive experience! KBKoncept was recommended by a third party, who mentioned Augustin's professionalism and dedication to doing the best job possible. But his kindness and patience were, for me, so very important. He kept his cool while dealing with Laguna Woods"s convoluted, and at times ridiculous, rules and regulations. Augustin and his crew remodeled my master bathroom a little over a year ago and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Everything has held up wonderfully. Augustin is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. I appreciated being able to ask his advice on so many things and getting honest, helpful answers. The work was done to the highest of standards and in a timely manner. The whole crew was professional and especially Paul with his craftsmanship that made the most of the marble materials we chose and the overall outcome. I am very pleased to recommend our contractor Augustin Russu of KB Koncept. We did a total renovation of our home, down to the studs, including rearranging the walls, adding new bathrooms, new doors, ceilings with recessed lighting, new kitchen, as well as intricate tile installation. Had KBKONCEPT demo and reconstruct two bathrooms. They handled everything from obtaining permits, abatement, demo, repiping & plumbing, electric, tile work, and reconstruction. I rarely write a review, but I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship and the professional manner of the workers at KBKoncept that I felt it would be helpful to someone who wants to remodel a bathroom. I knew when they were going to arrive each day and they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. They replaced a tub with a walk in shower and put in a new vanity top and toilet. The end result couldn't have been more perfect.

There was a commitment from the beginning to doing the job well and on schedule.
