We recently hired James remodeling to remodel our master bath and downstairs guest bath. They did an excellent job. Fred was our point person. He was always helpful, friendly and very responsive. He kept us updated and checked in at every level of the project. The showroom had a large, beautiful selection. James was also wonderful and very professional. I read a lot of good reviews about James Remodeling Inc, and decided that it could be right place to make bookcase for my living room. I went to the store to discuss details, look at the materials and make estimation. Though I came around 4:30(store hours until 6:30), manager looked in a hurry, and he obviously didn’t want to discuss details. He copied my paper with my drawings of the bookcase, and took my contact information . He told me that estimation would be tomorrow or at the worst the day after tomorrow. 2 days later: no estimation, no call, no email. Waste of my time. And what is interesting

We truly appreciate businesses like James Remodeling who was prompt, professional, and personal! Our need was to renovate a humble little (master) bathroom but what complicated things for us was that my wife was pregnant. When we approached James Remodeling she was already at 6-months. This father/ son duo is fantastic! It’s the first time we have done any kind of remodeling and we stumbled upon James Remodeling through online reviews. We moved into an older home in Irvine, and hired James Remodeling for a kitchen remodel, minor backyard hardscaping, and electrical panel upgrade.
