City Lending, Inc. was SUPER communicative and helped me to gather all the documentation I needed to close on a home quickly. Our loan officer went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed about the process, and was constantly looking for the right loan to fit our needs. Great customer service. The realtor and bankers at city lending that worked with me did a lot to help me get the house my daughter dream of. They were very professional at doing there job by giving advice on how to keep getting a good credit score. Milvia, awesome and help when to show home. City Lending helped me get a condo in miami. They have good people working for them. Stephanie is as professional as they come. She is great and knowledgeable. Yanine is great also. We had ups and downs and it seemed like we were doing things over and over again. Eventhough at times it was rough dealing with them and sometimes it felt like they were unorganized, my loan was still processed in a timely manor. They did put in hours and effort last day to get everything done so I would have my closing on the original day. I would recommend them.

I Worked with City Lending for a 203k FHA loan. Started out good with the communication and documents request. My numbers are as follows 3.5% down on 260k house with renovations in the amount of 30k. I ended up with 21k in closing cost on 4.65 interest rate% loan. First closing date was delayed due to underwriters not getting things done in time. There were times in which the communication was not there. We would as for a response by the end of the day. We get nothing until i would contact them. We ended up closing but up until the day before there was not a "clear to close" until
