Al is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, responsive quick to return calls, trust worthy, dependable, reliable and always looking out for my best interest. To begin with he got us a fantastic rate with low costs. He was even able to beat out my credit union, bank, and other lenders I spoke to.
Aaron pretty much walked us through the whole process of closing. He would provide frequent updates and always kept us in the loop. He was always a consummate professional even when I was clearly not a great burrower to work with (sorry Aaron).
Mind you this was all during the COVID-19 pandemic and he still made it work out.
