If you need a mortgage quickly, and at the best rates legally available, go to Quality First Mortgage. I've refinanced 3 times them and have saved well over $1,000 on my monthly payments. Painless processing for the most part
If you have your documents in order and ready to go. And they will find the best mortgage you can qualify for... conventional, FHA, VA, etc.

I've done two property purchase mortgages and four refis with Quality First and each time it's easier than the last. Once you're in their system they can and will monitor rates for existing loans and new purchases to get you the some rates I haven't been able to find anyone capable of beating. I even sent some of my military buddies there and were surprised that they could even save on their VA loans.
