I have been a temp to hire for about three months now and i have had nothing but terrible experiences with them since the start. they cant get anything straight the girls in the office had me coming back and forth multiple times for signatures just to start as they "kept forgetting to get a signature on something" they never told me they would need two forms of id to register with them so i had to go back and forth to get that, they have no parking designated for them so there's nowhere to park and even to this day i have issues like never being told that my sick time is a lie as

I'm still working with this people yet they have no brain wat so ever.I worked for west packing and had problems with pay check all times including unpaid days,hours,and multiple times had checks received after a whole month.Then this week I received a check without no info just hours showed I work no sick/paid vacation that they say U get will be available for U that sucks I have been working here for 5 months company says they don't even call to say how your doing nope sloppy Human resolution of source to Employee ther just in to abuse the under pay!!!.nice thanks for nothing

Worst agency I ever been in they don't pay you went you have to get payed they stay with your check until next week , and instead of having two checks you still get one. Worst agency plus beacuse of their fault I even got a tiquet beacuse they wanted me to go back to go fill a papaer that they make the mistake not buting down my information correct for reals don't go to this place is the worst place ever. Hands down the WORST agency I've ever been a part of. After just one week of working through them I show up to collect my paycheck, and they fumble through paperwork and phone calls, deliberately wasting my time, just to tell me that they gave my check to another person because we "shared the same name." They didn't bother to ask for ID or even my address so anyone can practically walk in and steal someones check as long as they know their name and work place. The staff at Affluent Staffing is so unbelievably rude and unorganized. Lisa wasnt helpful at all and judged me based off my appearance and told me I wouldn't be suited for a particular job I was interested in. The receptionist gave me attitude because I didn't sign a form simply because the form stated I had received an employee handbook and read it thoroughly when I did not. I politely informed her I had not received it and wouldn't sign something I was unable to read. They also have a section of paperwork with the word "OPTIONAL" so I didn't sign it and Lisa got

This agency is the most unprofessional place I have ever came in contact with! Oliver and George are the biggest problem. Management is very poor and are equal to shady car sales people. Business please stay away they cut corners and place company's at risk to get hit with huge fines. Paying its temps in cash and under the table. No background checks. No shame in who they send to represent them. We have dropped them after these findings. Thank you freedom of speech to warn others if this place.
