Because every child should have a happy dental experience, we offer a full range of pediatric dental care services in a warm, friendly and fun environment. Pediatric dentistry is a special field in dentistry that focuses on treating the oral health care needs of children and adolescents. After completing dental school, Dr. Margaret Madonian spent an additional two years of specialty training to earn a certificate in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Margaret C. Madonian is a specialist in pediatric dentistry. This accreditation required two additional years of postgraduate dental education. Just like pediatricians specialize their medical practice, Dr. Madonian specializes her expertise in dental care for infants, children and teenagers. She is also the only practicing pediatric dentist in Liverpool, NY, that is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
At the pediatric dental office of Margaret Madonian, DDS, we believe that the foundation for good oral health and dental care starts in your youth. We are pleased to welcome new grins up to the age of 13, and offer continued care to those patients through the age of 21. FIRST OF ALL
This is the greatest office with the greatest staff. My (former) trash dentist office referred us to Dr. Madonian for my 5-year-olds ONE cavity so it could be filled and they could use the nitrous gas. Our hygienist was super sweet and patient. Dr. Madonian was so kind and thorough and took all the time in the world to explain all of the intraoral pictures and xrays in full to me. Turns out, she had over 8 cavities, two of which may be touching a nerve and may have to be removed and spacers put in. We’ve taken her to Bville Family Dental every 6 months for 3 years and they never

Dr. Madonian and her staff are exceptional! Every time I walk into the office I feel welcomed. Every one of her staff makes an effort to create a comfortable environment and clearly put in the time to get to know you, whether you are a new patient or have been going there for years. The waiting room has more than enough toys for kids to play with and magazines for parents while waiting for an appt, or waiting for one to finish. I have been going to her for several years and there is no dentist I would rather go to for my cleanings. She is always giving the best options for any issues that come

We started with Dr. Madonian after a very traumatic experience with another practice (many years ago). They have been understanding and respectful of the resulting issues from that trauma, and have worked with us to make every appointment tolerable if not enjoyable for the kids. We drive a distance to get there, and will continue to do so. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are!
