Dr. McCann is originally from Saratoga Springs, NY. He received his undergraduate degree from the University at Albany and then received his dental medicine degree at the University of Buffalo. He completed his general practice residency program at St. Clare's Hospital in Schenectady, NY before moving to Central New York.

Top notch Dentist and office staff. This was our 1st time here due to medical emergency/pain & was referred as Dr McCann by another dental office because of anxiety, fear & the need for sedation. As todays procedure was not planned beyond a meet & greet; I am glad we were here when the decision was made to do emergency surgery. I cant thank this office enough for their understanding and support.

There are no words to describe how great this office is. Dr. McCann and his staff are absolutely amazing and have an incredible bedside manner. I was never comfortable going to the dentist until I met him and his staff. Everything is explained ahead of time and I couldn't have asked for a better sedation procedure. I have had dental anxiety for the majority of my adult life. I actually (shamefully) avoided even cleanings for at least 4 years. Everything about this office is top notch. His staff is attentive and compassionate. Dr. McCann was very kind. My consultation with him was not rushed, and he wanted to know all of my medical history, not just my oral health history. This was very important to me, since my medical history is a bit complicated. I love everything about this office and am so pleased I decided to chose them to be a partner in my health.
