I hail from Burlington and have spent my entire professional career in Skagit and Island County. In 2005, my associate and I started Burlington Physical Therapy, LLC. I decided to go solo in 2008 and have been at the same Burlington Blvd.
When not working, I like to spend time with my family in the great outdoors, cycling (preferably offroad), racing mtbs both XC and enduro, hiking, trail running, camping and enjoying the best that mother nature offers here in Washington state.

So here's the gist. You are coming to Burlington PT to see Voree and Paul. Don't know who they are? Why would you come to see only two therapists when other clinics have 5 or 10? If you asked that question you already know the answer. You will know everyone you interact with. You don't have to play catch up and repeat your story with each and every PT, PTA, PT tech, aide, or receptionist you see.
What is physical therapy about? It's about helping you help your self. We are here to guide you through the odd and inconsistent medical world in help you achieve your goals. Whether you live in Skagit, Snohomish, or Whatcom County, we are always here to assist you with in working through your. You will always have the peace of mind that truly understanding your injury will bring.
Please feel free to call us anytime with any questions you may have or to schedule your initial evaluation. Patients may be seen at Burlington Physical Therapy with or without a written referral for physical therapy. Many insurance companies, however, require a written referral and/or pre-authorization for payment of physical therapy services.

I had my first encounter with Burlington PT 10+ years ago with a knee injury and I was impressed with their professionalism and welcoming environment. I recently had a shoulder injury and I knew Burlington PT was where I wanted to start my rehab based on my prior experience. I was not disappointed! I have been going to Burlington Physical therapy for both my shoulder and an ankle injury. The facilities are conveniently located between Mount Vernon, La Conner, and Sedro Woolley so I can schedule my pt appointments when I am in town. My shoulder required arthroscopic surgery and I felt like because of the excellent care at Burlington PT I my recovery time has been shortened. The building and equipment are clean and modern. The staff are all very knowledgeable and personable they make me feel like I am their number one client even though they are busy! I would recommend Burlington PT to any
