Everyone deserves the highest quality care from practitioners they trust, who respect them and their decisions. At Waverly Health Care Urgent Care we work as a team. Our providers care for the entire family from newborn infants to adults, including acute and chronic conditions as well as routine checkups.
Jacqueline Stewart, APRN, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Jacquie is a Family Board Certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jacquie specializes in family practice for patients of all ages.
Waverly Health Care Urgent Care will be available by phone from 7:30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible (24-hour notice for cancellations is preferred). If you are late or don't have the appropriate information for your visit, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

I wish I could remember the names of the 3 sweet women who were working when I visited here last week. Halfway thru a 17 hour road trip, I started to feel ill and didn't know if I could finish my trip. GPS said this was one of the closest in the area so I stopped in, not knowing what to expect. They were all so incredibly patient and compassionate to my situation. While I was being seen by the nurse practitioner, another nurse brought some water to my dog who was waiting in the car. I am so thankful to them for the care and service they provided. I don't know if I could have finished my road trip

We have used Waverly Health Care several times with good results. today however we came and the door was locked. No note. I sent a message and was told they were at lunch and would be back in 10 min. my kid has over 102 degree temp and is not feeling well. 12:31 (well over 10 min later) no one was there and we left. of course they messaged that someone was opening the door but no one was. Just really disappointed with the service. Please post your hours when you are closed.

I had a hysterectomy yesterday. My doctor sent me home with Percocet, which is not doing well with me. I called their triage nurse and my doctor said he was unable to write a script for TRAMADOL (this is not a narcotic) bc they were closed today but to call an urgent care and they would help me with my pain. No, the lady at the front desk was very rude, and the doctor “didn’t feel comfortable” giving me tramadol after having my organs ripped out. I’d save your money for doctors that actually care. These probably aren’t even doctors. Obviously. -kayla wiese

We have used this clinic since it opened in Waverly for myself, my husband, and my children. Until now. In 22 years I have not made a late payment to anyone. These idiots just sent me to collections for a 60 .00 bill from April I never even received or knew existed!! A very rude woman in billing said she ‘called’ several times and sent several bills. I can prove she didn’t call via my phone bills. Can’t prove she didn’t mail. I will never be back. The whole family will never be back. My sisters family will never be back. Now I know why people hate this place and another medical clinic

They don't accept walk-in appointments if they don't feel your reason for visit is "urgent enough". If they decide you must make an appointment, they are just as busy as a tradotional doctor's office, and you can expect between 3 and 7 days wait before you can see a doctor. Why go to urgent care if you have to make an appointment? Best just to avoid this place and go to a traditional Doctor, or go to another clinic.
